Our destination is to educate consumers and make a way for compassionate, globally aware consumers to purchase goods; goods produced with a concern for the well-being everyone involved. This way of business moves to create a just and sustainable economic system.

"You're here to defend the defenseless. To make sure the underdogs get a fair break. Your job is to stand up for the powerless and prosecute all those who exploit them.” Psalm 82:3

There is an endemic spread of global poverty in developing nations. This creates unbearable human suffering. As a result of this, we now face a challenge no less pivotal than that faced by William Wilberforce—the great British abolitionist and revivalist—who took an unparalleled stand against the slave trade in the seventeenth century. He started a movement based on one simple principle  "Let’s make goodness fashionable."

This movement of God saved over 1 million souls without ever preaching the gospel.  William Wilberforce saw the problem in his culture springing from something deep, deeper than oppression, poverty, or lack of education— simply a lack of goodness.

This is Beloveds desire, to make goodness fashionable in our community, state, nation and into the world.

"Do not be overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good." Romans 12:21

Our Strategy

As a Fair Trade partner, we seek to see lives changed globally as well as locally.

On a global level, Beloveds partners with the Fair Trade Federation (FTF) and works with wholesalers who deal directly with artisan groups in countries around the world. We eventually hope to make this a direct connection, thereby further lessening the gap between maker and consumer.

As we move into this position, Beloveds comes alongside humanitarian organizations already working in regions where our artisans live. We partner with them to find ways to make an eternal, positive impact on their communities. This unearths artisans who make with excellence, different products desirable for consumers outside of their local sphere.

Locally, Beloveds will come and share at churches, synagogues, schools, organizations, businesses, home parties, and crafts shows about the joys of purchasing fair trade, and help others understand how we connect globally—each person is interwoven with the nations through our daily purchases, whether or not the items are fair trade. Then we reveal how fair trade practices help alleviate the horrific crime of human trafficking. Then a part of Beloveds time and proceeds goes into working alongside organizations who educate and come against human trafficking—locally as well as globally.

Come explore the pages tabbed above and discover how you can help us make goodness fashionable once again. Together, let us bring dignity back to multitudes throughout the nations, including our own.
